International Design Awards Silver Winner (IDA 2020)

Sound-Aesthetics is proud to announce that it has been awarded an International Design Awards Silver Prize (IDA 2020). The award was issued for exceptional Product Design in the category Media And Home Electronics / TV, Video and Audio Equipment.

 

About the awards

The IDA exits, according to their mission statement, to "recognize, celebrate and promote legendary design visionaries and to uncover emerging talent in Architecture, Interior, Product, Graphic, and Fashion Design."  Established in 2007, the IDA issue awards annually, and are headquartered in Los Angeles and Budapest. Their main sponsor is the Farmani Group, which also facilitates other awards in photography and design.

Congratulations to all the IDA 2020 winners. The winning entry in our category went to Toronto-based designers, Cortex Design, with their design of a new type of electronic instrument called Lumatone. The IDA 2020 Overall Product Design of the Year went to a deserving Lotus Cars, with their design of the Lotus Evija electric hypercar.

Previous IDA winners include Volvo Cars, MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and Logitech.
